January was a busy and enjoyable month for our Junior Infants. We proudly took part in the Active Schools 2026 Challenge, where the children loved daily movement breaks inspired by Croke Park. These fun activities included dropping and catching pencil cases, squats, and calming breathing exercises, all while learning about the famous stadium and the GAA teams that play there.
In art, we explored colour mixing, and the children were delighted to experiment with paints to discover what new colours they could create.
It was a lovely month full of movement, learning, and creativity!
