We tried the ‘Skittles’ experiment.
We placed the Skittles around the plate and then teacher poured some hot water onto the plate.
We really enjoyed watching how the colours all created an amazing effect. This was because of ‘diffusion’.
We watched as the colours moved from areas of high concentration to areas of low concentration.
